This painting is about a person who has fallen off a cliff and is climbing back up. They will awaken to a beautiful sunset on the horizon. The painting then goes into the universe and eternity. It is about coming out of the darkness and into the light and the magnificence and grandeur of the present and eternal life.
About Myra Maslowsky
Myra Maslowsky is a visual artist who has specialized in oil painting for over 40 years. In addition to having her art work in private collections, she has exhibited at various galleries in the Washington, D.C. and Pittsburgh area. Her work was displayed at the Corcoran Gallery of Art in the Art Anonymous Exhibit for emerging artists. Her design for the Party Animal Project was accepted by the D.C. Arts and Humanities Commission, and chosen by the National Air and Space Museum to be displayed on their grounds at the National Mall. For several years, she has been a curator and exhibitor for Summit Connection at various International Embassy Exhibits in Washington, D.C.
