Artist's Description

This painting is about children at risk. The children hold hands going into the fog. In the distant street lights, representing social programs, guide them to a safe haven. The weather represents the conditions in the world. This was painted to a line from a Bob Dylan song: "May you have a strong foundation when the winds of changes shift." I am concerned about the vulnerable children and their having a strong foundation. Painted 2001
